In June of 2005, Waterford Hotel Group launched Waterford Group Restaurants, a new subsidiary formed to manage the company's future dining establishments as well as its current portfolio of restaurants and bars. With the creation of Waterford Group Restaurants, we now have the opportunity to brand and market our restaurant portfolio as a collective whole, as well as further enhance the awareness of each establishment individually.
